Anthony E. Tuggle is the CEO and Founder of TAG US Worldwide and a transformational executive, leadership mentor, author, and speaker with more than 30 years of experience leading large scale global operations and developing high performing teams across complex enterprise environments. He has driven multibillion dollar revenue portfolios with full P&L accountability and overseen organizations of more than 30,000 employees worldwide, leading in high pressure environments where people, performance, and purpose intersect. Anthony’s leadership style is defined by clarity, accountability, and emotional intelligence.
Anthony is also the founder of Tuggle Nation, a leadership and mentorship platform focused on developing the next generation of leaders and building cultures that endure. His leadership journey and impact have been featured by CIO Views, the National Kidney Foundation, Bold Journey Magazine, LinkedIn, and other national platforms highlighting executive leadership, innovation, and resilience.
He is the author of I’m Better, Not Bitter, which chronicles his journey through kidney failure and a life saving transplant, an experience that reshaped his faith and deepened his commitment to service. He previously served as Chairman of the Board for the National Kidney Foundation and continues to advocate for kidney health awareness, mentorship, and legacy building.
Anthony holds degrees in Psychology and Management, is an Emory University Executive MBA graduate, and completed executive education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Kirk is Managing Partner at TAG US Worldwide and a seasoned enterprise strategy and technology executive focused on driving large scale transformation across commercial and public sector organizations. He leads cross functional alignment, operating model modernization, and AI driven initiatives that deliver measurable growth, improved customer experience, and sustained enterprise performance.
Previously, Kirk served as Vice President of Customer Operations at Afiniti, leading global strategy and technology programs for Fortune 10 clients across telecommunications, media, healthcare, banking, and customer care, generating more than 2.5 billion dollars in customer lifetime value and over 500 million dollars in revenue profit. Prior to Afiniti, Kirk spent more than fifteen years at AT&T in senior sales and operations leadership roles, directing a 2,000 person virtual contact center workforce and overseeing corporate strategy, organizational design, technology architecture, and revenue execution.
Kirk holds an Executive MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from UCLA, combining analytical rigor with executive judgment, disciplined decision making, and deep understanding of business and technology at scale across complex global enterprise environments.
